How to Use

For Temporary Relief of Coughs, Colds & Flu Symptoms

Add 5 mL of eucalyptus oil to 500 mL of hot water for inhalation.
Alternatively, apply a few drops to a handkerchief or pillow and inhale as needed.

For Temporary Relief of Mild Arthritic & Muscular Aches

Mix 5 drops of eucalyptus oil with 10 mL of a carrier oil.
Massage into the affected area up to three times daily.

For Household Freshening & Surface Use

Apply to a cloth to spot clean and help remove grease and grime.
Add two capfuls to regular laundry detergent to help freshen fabrics.
Add two capfuls of eucalyptus oil to water for mopping floors and freshening hard surfaces.

For occasional use only.
Do not apply undiluted to the skin.
